These rooms will be reserved for congress delegates until 9 January 2024 and will be available on a first come, first served basis.

• Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
• Check-in time: 14:00 (An early check-in, if required, may be requested and will be prioritised. This is, however, not guaranteed.)
• Check-out time: 10:00
• The accommodation establishment’s cancellation policy will apply.
• All travelers are requested to please travel with a copy of his or her identification document or passport as the accommodation establishments are mandated to obtain a copy of this.
• Daily shuttle service between the listed hotels and The Boardwalk Hotel:
  • All the hotels on our list are within walking distance from the Boardwalk Hotel.
  • We will only have a small standby shuttle that is available between the hotels during the day.
    In time for the first sessions in the morning and back after the last sessions and to and from the social functions.
  • If you plan to stay at any other hotel or guest house, you have to make provision for your own daily transport to and from the congress venue.
