Q:     Do speakers, chairs and committee members attend free of charge?

A:           No, all speakers, session chairs and local organising committee members register and pay the congress fee. Only invited international speakers or other invited expert speakers from outside the field of ophthalmology may register free of charge.

Q:    Trade: Can I have the floor plan to choose my stand from in advance?

A:       Exhibition stands are allocated on a first-come first-served basis coupled with the size a company’s contribution. The biggest and earliest contributors may choose first. The floor plan is sent to one company at a time to choose a stand from the floor plan and then it is sent to the next company until the last single stand is placed.
